The Reel Edits - $495

They’re perfect for sharing on social media platforms like TikTok or Instagram, giving your friends and family a peek into your unforgettable celebration.
Expedited Edit (30 Days) - $1,495
Want your wedding film ready fast? With our expedited service, your wedding film becomes our top priority, ensuring it's completed within 30 days of your big day. You'll be able to share your film on or before your first-month anniversary, making those memories even more special.
Raw Unedited Footage - $895
For those who want every single moment of their wedding day, you can purchase all the raw, unedited footage we capture. Keep in mind, though, that raw footage is untouched, so it won’t have the polished look of your final film. To help you decide, August will provide sample clips so you can see exactly what to expect. If you prefer a more curated keepsake, our Documentary Edit might be a better fit for your needs. Fee includes a 1TB SSD with RAW Footage.
Coverage & Events
Additional Hours - $245/hr
Need more time to capture your special day? Adding extra hours of coverage is perfect for couples who want to document additional moments and events, ensuring every cherished memory is preserved.
Additional Filmmaker - $645
If your wedding is larger in scale, you may want to consider adding an extra filmmaker (or two) to your team. This allows us to capture more angles, moments, and details. Rehearsal Dinner/Welcome Party - $1,497
Capture the heartfelt moments leading up to your big day with coverage of your rehearsal dinner or welcome party. Booking Process
Initial Consultation
- Schedule a free consultation to discuss your wedding day vision, desired videography services, and any special requests. We’ll ensure our services align perfectly with your needs.
Customized Proposal
- Receive a personalized proposal tailored to your wedding day coverage. This includes package details, pricing, and available add-ons for complete transparency.
Secure Your Date with a Deposit
- A 50% deposit is required to officially reserve your wedding date. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your event.
Contract Agreement
- Review and sign our detailed contract to confirm services. This step ensures both parties are aligned on expectations and terms.
Easy Payment Options
- Make payments online through our secure client portal. Payment plans are available upon request for added flexibility.
Pre-Wedding Planning Session
- About 4-6 weeks before your wedding, we’ll connect to finalize your timeline, discuss key moments to capture, and review any last-minute details.
Final Payment & Confirmation
- Settle the remaining balance two weeks prior to the wedding. We’ll confirm your timeline and any additional details to ensure a stress-free experience.
Important Notes
Travel Policy
- Travel within a 30-mile radius of zip code 75010 is included in all package prices. Additional travel fees will apply for locations beyond this range and will be calculated during the proposal process.
Coverage Time
- Coverage hours are continuous and cannot be split into multiple segments. Coverage starts at the agreed-upon time and runs consistently.
Tax Information
- Applicable taxes will be included in your proposal and clearly outlined for review before booking.
Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for securing necessary permissions for video and photography at all venues. This includes obtaining permits for drone usage if required by the venue or local regulations.
Turnaround Time
- Delivery of your final films and/or photos will take approximately 6-8 weeks after the event. Sneak peeks, if included, are typically delivered within 1-2 weeks.
Changes to Event Schedule
- Any changes to the event schedule or timeline must be communicated at least two weeks prior to the wedding to allow for proper adjustments.
Inclement Weather Policy
- For outdoor events, alternative plans may be needed in case of inclement weather. Drone coverage is weather-dependent and may not be possible in certain conditions.
